Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 year of experience with software programming in C++, Java, Python or Go.
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of feature design and deployment across the stack.
• Mentor junior engineers on reliable, scalable designs.
• Lead technical designs for backend services and data processing pipelines for large-scale growth.
• Ensure long-term feature reliability with monitoring, alerting, and performance tracking.
• Contribute to engineering excellence through design reviews and DevAI adoption.
