Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of programming experience in C++, Java, Python or Go.
• 3 years testing/maintaining/launching software products and 1 year of design/architecture experience.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of feature design and deployment across backend and frontend.
• Mentor junior engineers on reliable, scalable, and secure designs.
• Lead designs for robust backend services and data processing pipelines.
• Ensure long-term feature reliability with monitoring, alerts, and performance tracking.
• Participate in design reviews and leverage DevAI/agentic coding workflows.
