Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years programming experience in C++, Java, Python or Go.
• 3 years testing/launching software; 1 year in design/architecture.
• 3 years building, operating scalable backend distributed systems.
• Experience leading technical design and end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build high-performance communications infra for in-app messages and lifecycle notifications.
• Architect resilient financial settlement workflows with strong transactional integrity.
• Design low-latency feature stores and telemetry pipelines for A/B testing and analytics.
• Drive complex multi-quarter projects, mentor engineers, and promote AI-assisted development.
