Job summary

You will design, develop, and integrate AI capabilities, mentor team members, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering to deliver production-ready software in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience in C#/.NET or Java.
• Experience with React/Next.js frontend (full-stack is a plus).
• Production support experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
• Good understanding of testing, debugging, and code quality.

Responsibilities

• Craft effective prompts and workflows for accurate, maintainable, and secure code.
• Design, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs against software and business requirements.
• Architect scalable enterprise-grade applications using AI-assisted development practices.
• Build rapid prototypes using GenAI tools and refine them toward production quality.
• Integrate AI into software delivery pipelines and DevOps processes.
• Perform code reviews of human-written and AI-generated code.
• Maintain documentation, prompt libraries, and reusable patterns.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers.
• Mentor team members on effective prompt engineering practices.
• Champion ethical and responsible AI usage in engineering workflows.
