Job summary

SCIENTE Group is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead with strong expertise in C#/.NET to lead the design, development, and support of enterprise applications handling high-volume transactional data.

The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, drive architecture decisions, and actively contribute to software development while ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions. Experience with Java (JDK 17+) is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development in a technical lead or senior role.
• Hands-on C#/.NET Framework expertise (3.5+).
• Experience with WinForms, WPF, and ASP.NET.
• Strong MS SQL Server knowledge including design, queries, and tuning.
• Experience handling high-volume transactional data.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and production support experience.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor software teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise apps using C#/.NET.
• Drive architecture decisions and set coding standards and secure practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.

Mandatory Skill-set

• 5+ years of software development experience with experience in a technical lead or senior developer role;
• Strong hands-on expertise in C#/.NET Framework (3.5 and above);
• Experience developing WinForms, WPF, and ASP.NET applications;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, query optimization, and performance tuning;
• Experience building and supporting applications processing large volumes of transactional data;
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and production support experience;
• Experience with source control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies;
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Skill-set

• Experience with Java (JDK 17+);
• Knowledge of SSRS and SSIS;
• Exposure to modern frontend technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js;
• Experience with enterprise architecture, system integration, and high-availability applications;
• Prior experience mentoring or leading enterprise environments is an advantage.

• Drive continuous improvements in system stability, performance, and operational excellence.
