Job summary

rrecruiter int pte. ltd. is seeking an engineer to design and develop software, hardware, and control systems for high precision machines in Singapore. You will conduct integration testing, hardware qualification, and create technical documentation.

The role requires a degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, strong programming, and proficiency in Visual C++, Visual C#, and VB.NET. You will work on die bonding and wire bonding equipment.

Qualifications

Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering is required.
Strong programming and electrical/electronic design experience for die bonding and wire bonding equipment is required.
Proficiency in Visual C++, Visual C#, and VB.NET is required.

Responsibilities

Design and develop software, hardware, and control systems for high precision machines.
Conduct system integration testing, hardware qualification, and technical documentation.
Analyze customer requirements and provide software/hardware solutions and support.
Manage technical projects to meet quality and timeline targets.
Evaluate hardware-software integration and overall system performance.
Prepare SOPs, guidelines, and engineering documentation.
