Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Info Systems or equivalent.
• Comfortable speaking English and Mandarin.
• 6–10 years of Application Development or Post-production support experience.
• Experience with infrastructure setup such as firewall.

Responsibilities

• You will work with GI delivery manager to develop and implement applications to support Business needs.
• Liaise with the infrastructure support and development teams.
• Support L2/L3 day-to-day operations, addressing tickets, incidents and support requests and ensure incidents and problems are managed within set SLAs
• Ensure adherence of development practice (Waterfall and Agile), standards and updated documentation
