Job summary

Motional Singapore PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Engineering Enablement team. You will help build internal platforms that power engineering workflows across Motional and accelerate code to production.

Collaborate with engineering teams to reduce bottlenecks, design scalable, self-service developer tools, and improve CI/CD pipelines. Your work aims to enable fast, reliable software delivery with high quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years in Software Engineering or related roles.
• Strong background in Python, Go and C++.
• Experience with Unix-like environments, software, and toolchains.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) & infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Expertise in software development lifecycle including turning ambiguous goals into software requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable backend services, CI/CD pipelines, build systems, toolchains and platforms that support developer workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand needs, identify bottlenecks and improve development workflows.
• Improve system reliability, performance, scalability and observability across distributed systems.
