Job summary

NTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced full-stack software engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications powering core product platforms.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to architecture decisions that balance feasibility, quality, and long-term maintainability. You'll work with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Go to build robust APIs and services, employing Docker/Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and CI/CD

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in full-stack software engineering.
• Proficiency in modern web technologies such as TypeScript, React, Node.js, Go, or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), container technologies (Docker and Kubernetes), and CI/CD practices.
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including software architecture, testing, code quality, security, DevOps, and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience building and operating production-grade applications with a focus on reliability, maintainability, and scalability.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary product teams.
• A product mindset with a passion for building digital products that create meaningful value for users.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications powering the Product Learning Platform, Mentor-Mentee Platform, Product Scorecard, and more.
• Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle from design to deployment and operational support.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
• Evaluate product ideas against engineering constraints and advise on architecture and long-term maintainability.
• Design and develop reusable APIs, integrations, and shared services connecting to enterprise platforms.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
• Apply AI-assisted development tools judiciously to improve productivity while keeping production code secure and well-tested.
• Ensure applications are secure, reliable, performant, accessible, observable, and resilient via DevOps practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and maintain documentation and runbooks.
• Evaluate emerging engineering practices and tools to improve developer experience and delivery effectiveness.
• Contribute to a collaborative engineering culture through code reviews and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications that power PMP's products and services, including the Product Learning Platform, Mentor-Mentee Platform, Product Scorecard, and future capability-building products.
• Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from solution design and implementation through testing, deployment, monitoring, operational support, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate product requirements into high-quality technical solutions that align with Company engineering principles, coding standards, security requirements, and architectural best practices.
• Partner with technically-minded Product Managers to evaluate product ideas against engineering constraints, making informed recommendations on architecture, implementation trade-offs, technical feasibility, and long-term maintainability.
• Design and develop reusable APIs, integrations, and shared services that connect with enterprise platforms and common government services.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment processes, and engineering automation to enable reliable, secure, and efficient software delivery.
• Apply sound engineering judgement when using AI-assisted development tools, leveraging them to improve productivity while ensuring production code remains secure, maintainable, well-tested, and aligned with engineering standards.
• Ensure applications are secure, reliable, performant, accessible, observable, and operationally resilient through modern software engineering and DevOps practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, implement sustainable improvements, and maintain technical documentation, architecture decision records, and operational runbooks.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging engineering practices, developer tools, and automation technologies that improve developer experience, engineering quality, and delivery effectiveness.
• Contribute to a collaborative engineering culture by participating in code reviews, sharing technical knowledge, mentoring junior engineers, and promoting engineering practices where quality does not depend on who wrote the first draft.
