Job summary

Ensoft Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Private Banking system analyst to lead platform delivery for Temenos TAP/TAP Core, ensuring concise, coherent, and high-quality delivery of business requirements. You will translate requirements into robust functional specs and guide SDLC processes.

You will work with product vendors, system integrators, and internal teams to ensure clear requirements for end-to-end delivery and provide guidance across test planning, execution and UAT

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years hands-on experience in TAP Core.
• Experience delivering 2 end-to-end applications using Temenos TAP.
• Temenos Wealthsuite product implementation experience is a must.
• Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting.
• Experience with DevOps and CI in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee private banking system analysis activities and ensure quality delivery.
• Review Functional and Technical specifications and resolve issues in TAP components.
• Engage with Temenos and SI partners to clarify requirements for FSD delivery.
• Collaborate with BTOM and domain architects to ensure quality across projects.
• Propagate functional knowledge to technical and QA teams for proper testing.
• Ensure compliance with Bank SDM governance during delivery.

Job Objectives

You will lead and drive PB platform delivery to ensure concise, coherent, consistent and quality delivery of the target business requirement. You will also be responsible to develop high quality functional specification from the business requirements. Understand the various dependencies on other projects and impact of related pieces.

Your duty involves working with different stakeholders from business, operations and other bank's ecosystem teams. You are expected to act as a proxy for business/technology throughout the projects and provide guidance in the SDLC such as test planning and analysis, test execution and UAT issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall private banking system analysis activities; ensures high quality deliverables and meeting project schedules
• Reviewing the Functional Specification and Technical specification and address and resolve functional as well technical issues relating to the Temenos Triple A Plus, Numerix Oneview and Evooq weatlh platform
• Engage with Product Vendor Temenos, system integrator vendor partners to ensure business requirements/functionalities are clear for delivery of FSD throughout the end-to-end project implementation phases
• Collaborating with BTOM, internal teams (Domain Architects, Technical Delivery Manager) and bank's ecosystem interfacing system to ensure quality delivery
• Ensure functional knowledge is propagated downward to the project technical and QA teams so that quality testing is conducted and followed through
• Ensuring compliance with Banks SDM process governance as part of the delivery

Key Requirements

• Experience in Temenos Wealthsuite product implementation is must
• Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on working experience in TAP Core is a must
• Experience in delivering at least 2 end-to-end application delivery using Temenos TAP solution is a must
• Implementation of Temenos TAP solution in a distributed bank's ecosystem is desired
• Experience in TAP version upgrade is desired
• Experience in one of the TAP components like Wealth suite channels or WUI, WTX/ITX, Actuate, Odata is desired
• Experience in Numerix Oneview and Evooq wealth platform is desired
• Experience in Unix/Linux shell ing
• Experience in application solutioning as well as code review
• Experience in end-to-end application delivery management in ensuring quality delivery
• Experience in application delivery in ensuring full compliance of Bank's policy and standard
• Experience in working with DevOps and Continuous integration with good understanding of n-Tier application architecture concepts
