Job summary

Techemerge Solutions in Singapore seeks an experienced software engineer to analyze client requirements and design, develop, and maintain applications using ASP.NET Core, C#, MVC, and RESTful Web API.

You will map business needs into technical solutions, integrate services with REST, WCF, and databases, and participate in CI/CD using GitLab, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD, while contributing to ETL with SSIS.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of the specifications and requirements provided by the client.
• Design, development, and maintenance of applications using ASP.NET Core, C#, MVC, and RESTful Web API.
• Mapping business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and technical solutions.
• Application integration using RESTful Web Services, WCF, Entity Framework, and database technologies such as MS SQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
• Identification and resolution of application and environment-related issues, including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Development and maintenance of ETL processes using SSIS and scheduling of jobs using Control-M.
• Involvement in CI/CD activities using GitLab, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD, including application deployment across environments.
• Create and maintain documents associated with development, testing, deployment, and support activities.
• Active involvement in project status meetings with development teams, business analysts, DevOps teams, and clients.
• Issue and defect tracking using JIRA.
