Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior software/system engineer to design, develop, test, and deploy large‑scale infrastructure solutions. You will collaborate with solution architects, project managers, and technical leads to deliver objectives across the project lifecycle.

The role requires 5+ years in software or system engineering, strong full‑stack skills, and hands‑on Agile experience. Expect leadership responsibilities and engagement with modern frameworks and databases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in software or system engineering.
• Strong full‑stack development and software engineering fundamentals.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience across the full SDLC (design, development, testing).
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and CI/CD practices.
• Proficiency in at least one core language: Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, or C++.
• Experience with modern frameworks such as Node.js, React, TypeScript, Spring Boot, Angular, Vue, Next.js, Express, or FastAPI.
• Strong experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g. MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, project teams, and customers to deliver project objectives.
• Design, develop, test, and debug system software and infrastructure solutions.
• Identify technical risks and propose scalable, long‑term solutions.
• Create and manage reusable components to improve efficiency.
• Review code and architecture, and drive best practices in design and development.
• Lead technical teams and provide mentorship.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
