Job summary

talentsis pte. ltd. is seeking a skilled software/system engineer to drive design, development, testing and deployment of large-scale infra projects in Singapore.

You will collaborate with Solution Architects, Project Managers and Technical Leads to deliver robust, scalable solutions across the full SDLC. You will mentor teams, review architecture, and stay abreast of DevSecOps practices and modern frameworks such as Node.js, React, Spring Boot and more.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software or system engineering.
• Strong full-stack development and fundamentals.
• 3+ years hands-on with Agile methodologies.
• Experience across the full SDLC (design, development, testing).
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and CI/CD practices.
• Proficiency in at least one core language: Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, or C++.
• Experience with modern frameworks such as Node.js, React, TypeScript, Spring Boot, Angular, Vue, Next.js, Express, or FastAPI.
• Strong experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g. MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, project teams, and customers to deliver project objectives.
• Design, develop, test, and debug system software and infrastructure solutions.
• Identify technical risks and propose scalable, long-term solutions.
• Create and manage reusable components to improve efficiency.
• Review code and architecture, and drive best practices in design and development.
• Lead technical teams and provide mentorship.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
