Job summary

ANTAES Asia Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Senior Software Developer to design, develop and maintain high-quality banking applications, translating client requirements into technical specs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

You will lead design discussions, perform estimations, and guide offshore developers, focusing on COBOL, DB2, and DevOps practices. A 10+ year track record in distributed delivery and Private Banking is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering (CS/IT).
10+ years of software development experience in distributed delivery teams across geographies.
Experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management is imperative.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain high-quality software applications for project delivery and change requests.
Translate client requirements into system/technical requirements and best practices.
Write precise technical specifications based on customer requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Support Project Manager to initiate projects and ensure domain artifacts align with methodology.
Lead workshops to capture requirements and support solution proposals and cost estimation.
Provide technical guidance to offshore development teams and ensure viable, consistent solutions.
Develop medium to complex applications aligned with technical specs and perform unit/integration/system tests.
Assist clients during user acceptance testing and resolve issues in simulation environments.
