Job summary

Avaloq Sourcing Asia Pacific (Singapore) PTE. LTD. seeks a Technical Business Analyst to design, develop, and support CLM/CRM applications, ensuring reliability and performance for clients.

You will work with Business Analysts, Service Managers, Product and Delivery teams to enhance production solutions. You will collaborate across teams, investigate production issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of Avaloq software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Software Developer or similar role in banking/financial services.
• Strong programming, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of RDBMS, Oracle SQL queries, and Oracle PL/SQL; Java familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable CLM/CRM operations and integration with third-party apps.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and complex issues.
• Design, develop, test, and implement high-quality code fixes.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development life cycle.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications to meet evolving requirements.
• Participate in client workshops and support requirements analysis.
• Support testing activities including validation, integration testing, and UAT.
• Maintain technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing.
