Job summary

QUANTUM INFOTECH SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior software engineer to drive enterprise-scale data processing for regulatory compliance. You will gather requirements, translate business rules into technical specs, and produce architecture blueprints for complex systems.

You'll develop secure RESTful APIs, deploy AI-driven automation to accelerate the SDLC, perform gap analyses on financial data, and mentor junior engineers within a Microsoft tech stack and Azure cloud environment.

Qualifications

• 15 years of development experience with .NET Core for financial-grade systems.
• Expertise in API-driven development and enterprise web apps on Microsoft tech.
• Ability to architect secure, scalable fintech solutions with regulatory focus.
• Experience in SaaS, cloud multi-tenancy, and Windows Azure / SQL Azure.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1.Gathers enterprise-grade business requirements from institutional clients, financial analysts, and corporate stakeholders.

2.Converts complex global compliance needs into definitive, implementation-ready technical documentation and system blueprints.

3.Translates core business rules into functional requirements and comprehensive, data-mapped system test plans.

4.Develops and deploys enterprise-grade data logic engines to process complex US (CFTC, SEC), Canadian, and EMIR regulatory compliance frameworks.

5.Architects and implements robust, secure RESTful API developments to power seamless application integrations.

6.Deploys advanced AI agents and automation frameworks to drastically simplify, automate, and accelerate the software development lifecycle.

7.Performs deep financial data gap analysis to isolate systemic transaction reporting or data ingestion anomalies.

8.Translates complex data issues into clear root-cause explanations for business leaders and non-technical stakeholders.

9.Manages core engineering team members throughout critical software development, testing, and deployment cycles.

10. Trains and mentors fresh graduates and junior engineers to accelerate their technical capabilities in enterprise architecture.

Must Haves:

• 15 years of development experience using .NET Core frameworks that align with financial regulations - designing secure, auditable systems for reconciling data across Kafka streams, REST APIs, and structured files like Excel and CSV.
• Excellent expertise in API-driven development and .NET Core frameworks with vast experience building enterprise-grade web applications using Microsoft technologies.
• Must be able to architect, secure, scalable solutions for financial institutions, with a core focus on regulatory compliance, data reconciliation, and automation.
• Good knowledge in SaaS, Cloud Applications, Multi-tenancy and having vast experience in Windows Azure as well as SQL Azure.
• Involve in technical consulting and help clients in defining technology road map.
