NIPPON BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage daily on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors and workers, and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.

You will maintain records, prepare progress reports, and liaise with clients, architects, and engineers. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with extensive hands-on construction experience in Singapore, including condo projects.

Formación

• Experience in construction management or as a site supervisor.
• Minimum 10 years experience in Singapore Construction; condo project experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to manage in-house construction workers.

Responsabilidades

• Managing daily on-site activities, coordinating subcontractors, in-house construction workers, and materials.
• Enforcing health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Tracking expenses, controlling costs, and adhering to project timelines to avoid delays.
• Ensuring all construction work meets design specifications, quality standards, and building regulations.
• Preparing progress reports, checking drawings, and maintaining records.
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers.
