Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop automation to reduce manual operations and improve availability.
• Respond to incidents, triage issues, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with security platforms, engineering teams, and vendors.
• Manage patching cycles, backups, and disaster recovery activities.
