Job summary

LF Developments Pte Ltd is seeking a self-motivated Civil Engineer to join our team in Singapore. You will ensure construction activities meet safety, schedule, budget and quality requirements while coordinating manpower and resources.

You will provide technical input for work plans, liaise with clients and consultants, supervise staff and subcontractors, and prepare reports. A track record of delivering projects and POE/BCA registration are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Civil Engineering.
• 4 years of experience in building construction.
• Experience in precast / prefabrication construction is essential.
• Experience in MEP works is advantageous.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is advantageous.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Registered Engineer in POE/BCA is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work is carried out safely, on schedule, within budget and quality.
• Manage and allocate manpower and resources for the works.
• Provide technical input for work plans, schedules and methods.
• Liaise with Client, Consultants, designers and other stakeholders.
• Supervise project staff, sub-contractors and vendors.
• Prepare technical write ups and reports as required.
• Provide regular status reports on progress, cost forecast and safety.
