Job summary

ALS LOGISTIC SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. invites a capable Site Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day execution, installation activities, subcontractor coordination, and safety compliance for ASRS and cargo-handling systems at airport cargo facilities.

You will supervise dismantling, civil works, installation, testing, and handover; ensure compliance with drawings, method statements, and schedules; coordinate with airport operations to minimise disruption.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years site management experience in industrial automation, ASRS, warehouse systems or airport projects.
• Strong understanding of installation methodologies and construction sequencing.
• Experience working in live operational environments.
• Knowledge of Singapore workplace safety regulations.
• Relevant site supervision and WSH certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all site activities including dismantling, civil works, structural installation, equipment installation and testing.
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, method statements and project schedules.
• Coordinate installation of ASRS racking systems, ASRS stacker cranes, AGV systems, Conveyors and transfers, Hoists and lifts, Electrical and control systems.
• Implement WSH and permit-to-work procedures; conduct toolbox meetings, risk assessments and site inspections.
• Coordinate with airport operations teams to minimise operational disruptions; manage subcontractors and monitor productivity and workmanship.
• Coordinate punch list closure and corrective actions; ensure compliance with engineering specifications and statutory requirements.
• Support FAT/SAT, functional testing and operational trials; assist in final handover and documentation.
