Job summary

ARTEMIS EXECUTIVE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee viaduct and road projects in Singapore.

You will plan work sequences, interpret drawings and specifications, and coordinate site activities with consultants, clients, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth progress. The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree and has at least seven years of hands-on experience on viaduct or major LTA road works, with proven leadership and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Min 7 years experience on Viaduct/LSA road projects or similar.
• Experience coordinating with Government Agencies.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operations.
• Run through drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, clients and main/sub-contractors to coordinate site activities.
• Perform site inspection and ensure work aligns with project specs and approved drawings.
• Lead a team of supervisors/foremen for coordination with subcontractors and authorities.
• Assist in preparation of method statements and construction sequences.
• Coordinate handing-over of completed works and rectification actions.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operations
• Run through construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand project requirements
• Liaise with consultants, clients & main / sub-contractors and coordinate site activities arrangement
• Perform site inspection and ensure that the work is carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing from authorities
• Lead a team of supervisors/foreman for works coordination with main/sub-contractors and/or authorities and/or consultant on project progress and technical issues
• Assist in preparation of method statement and construction sequence for project implementation
• Coordinating the handing-over of completed works to the client and completion of the necessary rectification works

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering (BCSS / RES optional)
• Min 7 years of experience on specifically Viaduct (Sub Structure | Super Structure) Projects or other LTA road work projects
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Relevant coordination experience with Government Agencies
• Working hours: Weekday 8 am to 6 pm | Weekend 8 am - 5 pm
