You will assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, forecasting, and managing technical and management aspects while controlling costs and ensuring quality and safety compliance. Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board or equivalent as required registration for Resident Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in site supervision and management.
• Plan, schedule, forecast, and coordinate technical and management aspects of projects.
• Control costs of materials and labour.
• Coordinate and check engineering deliverables.
• Attend site meetings and monitor project progress with main and sub-contractors.
• Liaise with consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, local authorities, environmental agencies and other stakeholders.
• Manage daily project execution operations.
• Resolve construction problems.
• Act as quality control to meet project objectives.
• Ensure project paperwork is maintained and up-to-date.
• Implement safe work procedures to control risk.
• Familiarity with relevant legal requirements.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
