Job summary

JET RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced professional to lead the site construction team and ensure smooth execution of work on site in Singapore.

The role requires supervising subordinates, planning ahead to prevent delays, and chairing WSH committee meetings while coordinating with management on safety, quality, and compliance. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years as Assistant Project Manager/Project Engineer and holds a PE Board degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Assistant PM/Project Engineer; degree holder (PE Board).
• Working hours: Mon-Sat, alternate Saturday, 8:00–17:00.

Responsibilities

• Lead site construction team to ensure smooth execution of work.
• Supervise subordinates to meet material and workmanship requirements.
• Plan ahead to resolve site problems before impacting cost, schedule or quality.
• Chair the WSH committee and attend site meetings.
• Review and approve plant/material requisitions; authorize site purchases and rentals.
• Implement safety and environmental controls and conduct risk assessments.
