Job summary

SINGAPORE ONE RAIL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead signalling system maintenance activities in our Singapore operations.

You will supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, oversee fault diagnosis, and ensure compliance with safety, security, and cybersecurity standards. You will also support engineering works in roles such as Track Protection Officer and Possession Controller, manage logistics, and mentor technicians to build a culture of safety and accountability.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering.
• 2–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in railway signalling is advantageous.
• Strong supervisory, planning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise signalling system maintenance activities, ensuring safe, efficient maintenance per plans and procedures.
• Oversee fault diagnosis, investigation, and rectification with timely response and effective remedial actions.
• Review and maintain maintenance work orders, fault reports, records, drawings, and manuals for compliance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and cybersecurity requirements through audits and procedures.
• Support engineering works by performing operational and safety roles (e.g., Track Protection Officer, Possession Controller).
• Manage maintenance logistics and resources to support signalling and platform screen door operations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to technicians to promote safety and technical competency.
• Support ISO and continuous improvement initiatives through audits and process enhancements.
• Perform other duties, including operating company vehicles as required.
