Job summary

3 CUBED BUSINESS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned Senior Siemens MES Programmer to design, build, and support MES solutions in regulated pharma environments. You will lead end-to-end MES implementations, mentor engineers, and serve as the SME for Siemens Opcenter and Mendix architectures.

You will drive integration of MES with SAP and DCS, ensuring GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity compliance while guiding multi-site programs and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter MES and Mendix in regulated pharma environments.
• Experience leading full-cycle MES implementations and multi-site rollouts.
• Deep expertise in EBR design, recipe modeling, and complex workflows.
• Advanced SQL and relational database skills for data architecture and reporting.
• Strong GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, and CSV validation knowledge.
• Proven ability to mentor technical teams and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of large-scale MES projects across sites.
• Architect and oversee integrations between Opcenter, Mendix, and DCS/ERP systems.
• Design advanced scripts, calculations, and reports using various languages.
• Mentor junior and mid-level MES programmers and engineers.
• Lead root-cause analysis for cross-system production issues and data integrity.
