Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on ship repair experience (dry-dock & afloat repairs).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engine repair / overhaul.
• Prior experience working under an OEM (Yanmar, MAN, Wartsila, or equivalent).
• Able to communicate clearly with ship superintendents and technical managers.
• Must be good in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, allocate manpower, and supervise jobs for timely completion.
• Explain technical issues and repair plans in simple terms.
• Prepare technical reports and repair summaries.
• Estimate job time, budgets, and understand commercial aspects.
