Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead AAC development and daily operations in line with the charity's mission.
• Mentor, motivate and manage AAC staff and volunteers.
• Plan, budget and develop programmes for seniors.
• Establish networks with agencies, volunteers, donors and service providers.
• Conduct outreach and visits to seniors to monitor well-being.
• Uphold the charity’s good name and image.
