Job summary

Yamazaki Mazak Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled service engineer to install, troubleshoot, and maintain CNC machine tools and control systems at customer sites. You will deliver technical support, perform preventive maintenance, and build strong customer relationships through high-quality service.

The role requires 3–5 years of field service experience with CNC tools and proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of field service experience on CNC machines.
• Experience with CNC control systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machine tools and control systems at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and on-site assistance to customers.
• Perform preventive maintenance and after-sales service.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional service delivery.
• Prepare service proposals and quotations in response to customer requests.
• Generate accurate service reports documenting repair activities and safety compliance.
