Job summary

Ministry Of Social And Family Development seeks a Service Archetype Lead responsible for product strategy and service design of a defined archetype, such as Financial Assistance, Family Services, or Enabling Services. You will harmonise processes across programmes and drive reuse of CaseCentral modules to improve caseworker productivity and family outcomes.

You will partner with Division Directors and Programme Owners, manage cross-programme prioritisation, and lead adoption and change readiness

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, service design, operations strategy, or large-scale transformation work.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and a 2–3 year roadmap for your service archetype.
• Translate business and policy intent into clear OKRs and measurable impact.
• Establish alignment between programme objectives and product strategy.
• Lead harmonisation of base and modular processes across programmes.
• Drive standardisation of terminology, workflows, and data models.
• Champion reuse of existing CaseCentral modules.
