Job summary

OOm PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced SEO/GEO Team Lead to strengthen our strategists and own performance across client accounts. You will report to the SEO/GEO Technical Director and translate department direction into clear priorities, guiding complex campaign decisions to measurable results.

With 5+ years in hands-on SEO and 1–2 years in leadership, you’ll coach strategists, manage workloads, and drive adoption of our in‑house SEO/GEO tools while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on SEO experience with 1–2 years leading or supervising SEO specialists.
Proven ability to develop strategies and manage performance across multiple client accounts.
Strong technical SEO, content strategy and analytical capabilities.
Experience coaching team members and improving performance.
Ability to evaluate recommendations and measure impact.
Structured prioritisation, workload management and timely intervention.
Working knowledge of GEO and AI-powered search with practical testing.
Clear communication and leadership to drive change and accountability.

Responsibilities

Own performance oversight across your team’s portfolio and align with client KPIs.
Identify underperformance early and drive recovery plans.
Review strategies, audits and deliverables for sound reasoning and priorities.
Coach strategists, set expectations and address skill gaps with follow-ups.
Manage workloads and delivery risks across content, development and accounts teams.
Lead practical testing and adoption of SEO/GEO approaches and share findings.
Drive use of in-house SEO/GEO tools and provide feedback for tool development.
