Bitdeer, a world-leading technology company in Bitcoin mining and AI cloud, seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead recruitment of highly technical talent, especially in semiconductor, engineering and technology.

You will partner with business leaders to develop hiring strategies, build pipelines, and provide market-driven insights in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in semiconductor or tech fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for highly technical roles across semiconductor, engineering and tech functions.
• Source, engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, referrals and networks.
• Map talent markets and provide market insights on availability and trends.
• Manage recruitment across channels: direct applications, campus, agencies and networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to assess technical capability and fit.
