Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Officer / Senior Technical Officer to handle maintenance and service workflows across island-wide sites. The role requires hands-on security systems experience, and a willingness to participate in rotational standby duties for activations outside standard hours.

HQ is located in Outram, Singapore. A Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 2+ years of experience is required, along with owning a suitable vehicle for site accessibility.

Qualifications

• Min Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years working experience.
• Knowledge and hands‑on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is a must.

Responsibilities

• Execution of service and maintenance workflow.
• Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.
• Mentor a team of service team members.
• Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
• Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients’ premises.
• Familiarise yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client's business, organization and objectives.
• Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.
