A security services provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced security operations supervisor to oversee security procedures and incident management across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of supervisory experience in security, strong skills in incident management, and the ability to produce comprehensive reports. (Operational Oversight)
Oversee and coordinate day-to-day security operations across multiple sites within the assigned cluster, ensuring seamless execution and operational consistency.
Ensure all officers and supervisors adhere strictly to approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and site-specific post orders.
Proactively identify workforce, operational, and compliance-related risks, and promptly escape issues with well-reasoned recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
(Incident Management & Reporting)
Manage as Incident Lead for all security incidents and emergencies, providing clear command and control throughout the event lifecycle.
Direct and coordinate incident response in strict accordance with Emergency Response Procedures (ERP) and site-specific requirements.
Escalate incidents appropriately and deliver timely, accurate updates to relevant internal stakeholders and client representatives, as required.
Conduct preliminary investigations and produce comprehensive incident reports, including root-cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action plans, ensuring actions are tracked through to closure.
Monitor officer performance, conduct, and regulatory compliance; analyse trends and identify recurring gaps or systemic weaknesses.
Recommend and implement coaching, retraining, counselling, or disciplinary measures where necessary
Support onboarding, site inductions, and periodic refresher training to maintain operational readiness and compliance.
Participate in audits, inspections, emergency drills, and red‑team exercises, ensuring findings are addressed through effective corrective follow‑up.
Coordinate security support for maintenance activities, high‑risk operations, special events, and other operational contingencies.
Issue clear operational instructions during incidents or upon identification of immediate safety or compliance risks, in alignment with SOPs and contractual obligations.
Maintain full accountability for security performance, incident ownership, and operational compliance across the assigned site.
(Mandatory)
A minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in supervisory or executive-level security operations.
Demonstrated proficiency in incident management, investigations, and the preparation of clear, comprehensive reports.
(Preferred)
CERT‑trained, or capable of successfully completing CERT training.
Experience within commercial building environments will be considered a strong advantage.
