Job summary

Hallmark Security Management PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Security Officer to protect people, property, information and operations. You will lead day-to-day security activities, respond to incidents, and ensure compliance with organisational policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

You will guide security officers, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies, and support a safe, secure, and professional environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading day-to-day security activities and operations.
• Ability to respond promptly to alarms, emergencies and safety incidents.
• Familiarity with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate shift security operations, including patrols, access control, visitor management, key control, and monitoring of security systems.
• Supervise, brief, and support security officers; allocate duties and ensure professional conduct, attendance, and readiness.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, safety incidents, suspicious activity, and breaches of security procedures.
• Conduct preliminary investigations, preserve evidence, interview relevant parties, and prepare clear, accurate incident reports.
• Monitor CCTV, alarm, access-control, and communication systems, escalating faults or risks to the appropriate teams.
• Enforce site rules, emergency procedures, and security policies consistently and respectfully.
• Liaise with management, facilities teams, emergency services, contractors, and law-enforcement agencies when required.
• Support emergency preparedness through drills, evacuation assistance, and first-response coordination.
• Identify vulnerabilities, recommend practical risk controls, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate occurrence books, patrol records, visitor logs, handover notes, and other security documentation.
• Provide professional assistance to employees, visitors, and members of the public while maintaining confidentiality.
• Perform other security-related duties assigned by the Security Manager or site management.
