Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to lead a team across gates, ensure shift coverage, and uphold security standards at our premises in Singapore.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a supervisory security role, strong leadership, knowledge of access control and CCTV systems, and certifications in Security Management or equivalent. CPR/First Aid is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a supervisory security role.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Knowledge of security operations, systems, and emergency response protocols.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with access control systems and CCTV monitoring.
• Physically fit and able to respond swiftly during emergencies.
• Certification in Security Management or equivalent.
• Prior experience in managing a Master Control Room (MCR) or central monitoring systems.
• First Aid or CPR certification is an advantage.
