Job summary

Thales in Singapore seeks a Client Services Technical Lead to provide post‑sales support for complex security products, acting as a liaison between customers and engineering teams. You will own critical escalations and mentor engineers in diagnosing intricate issues, configurations, and integrations.

You will interpret logs, reproduce issues, and guide customers on Thales Authentication and Encryption solutions, including third‑party integrations, while documenting solutions in the knowledge

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer support for network and data security products.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Familiar with encryption, cryptographic key management, PKI concepts.
• Knowledge of Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu) and Windows Servers.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and support after-hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide post‑sales support for complex security products via multiple channels.
• Mentor and guide support engineers in diagnosing issues and interpreting logs.
• Own critical customer escalations and coordinate with Product/Development teams.
• Reproduce issues, advise on configurations, and propose fixes or workarounds.
• Document solutions and maintain knowledge base for internal and external use.
