Job summary

Nodeworthy is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to own security across cloud, DevOps, SRE, backend and CI/CD, spanning production environments and incident response. You will secure cloud resources, IAM, Kubernetes, and pipelines while driving security improvements and incident handling.

This hands-on role requires strong security instincts, production troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on DevOps, cloud infra and production systems.
• Strong cloud security knowledge with GCP and Kubernetes.
• Deep understanding of networking, IAM, authentication, authorisation and secrets management.
• Experience securing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience building security monitoring and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Own security of cloud and production infrastructure.
• Implement access controls and least-privilege policies.
• Secure CI/CD pipelines and software supply chain.
• Review APIs, authentication and service-to-service security.
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Contribute to backend/DevOps code when needed.
