Job summary

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Principal Security Solutions Architect to work with Financial Services customers in APJ, helping overcome security, risk and compliance barriers and building CIO/CISO relationships to accelerate secure cloud adoption.

You will develop high-quality technical content, guide customer risk assessments, and collaborate with AWS sales, solutions architecture and product teams to deploy secure cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of tech domain experience across software, cloud, security, networking, data & analytics
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Math or equivalent
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level training and workshops

Responsibilities

• Identify and tackle security, risk and compliance questions for financial services customers
• Participate in architecture discussions to address risk, security, and compliance
• Educate auditors by explaining third party supplier arrangements and AWS audits
• Build executive relationships with CIO/CISO/CRO and policy owners
• Create technical content like white papers and reference architectures
• Assess security knowledge and address gaps across AWS teams
