Job summary

ICON CONSULTING-GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a SAP/ERP consultant to review ongoing S4 HANA live projects and identify issues. The role involves analyzing business requirements and proposing effective system solutions. You will act as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting and drive improvements in processes.

The ideal candidate has S4 HANA experience, marine shipping domain exposure, and strong communication skills, and will work onsite in the west region.

Responsibilities

• Review ongoing S4 HANA live project for issues and review if there are any errors.
• Analyse customer requirements and document them clearly.
• Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
• Provide consulting on both new implementations and existing support projects.

Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements

Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
