Job summary
Singular: Building Brilliant Biotechs in Singapore is seeking a Senior Scientist, Bioconjugation & Targeted RNA Delivery to advance LOC-based therapies. The role is laboratory-based with strong ownership and cross-functional collaboration to push delivery performance beyond the liver.
The ideal candidate will have a PhD in a relevant field and 2–6 years of industry experience in bioconjugation or oligonucleotide therapeutics, with hands-on synthesis and analytical characte risation expertise.
Qualifications
- PhD required in a relevant chemistry/biology discipline.
- 2–6 years of industry experience in bioconjugation, targeted delivery or oligonucleotide therapeutics.
- Strong expertise in conjugation chemistry, purification and analytical characterisation.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop ligand-oligonucleotide conjugates (LOCs) for targeted RNA delivery.
- Lead hands-on synthesis, purification and analytical characterisation of novel conjugates.
- Work closely with chemists, biologists and pharmacologists to optimise in vitro and in vivo delivery performance.
- Drive project execution, manage external partners and maintain high-quality experimental data.
