Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent with demonstrated research in molecular design, synthesis, or computational chemistry.
• Experience integrating computational and experimental approaches to design and synthesize novel constructs.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize novel molecular constructs using structure–property–function relationships.
• Apply cheminformatics, modeling, and data-driven methods to guide design and prioritization.
• Design, synthesize, and characterize peptides, oligonucleotides, linkers, and conjugates.
• Develop predictive models correlating features with performance; analyze experimental results.
