Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in data analytics, statistics, biostatistics, epidemiology or related field.
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization software (SPSS, Stata, PowerBI, Tableau).
• Experience managing large datasets and ensuring data integrity.
• Experience in designing epidemiological studies or applying statistical methods.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to learn new tools and techniques.
• Highly driven, responsible, and able to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated data pipelines for AI-driven food monitoring systems.
• Develop and optimize statistical and machine learning models, including time-series analytics.
• Implement analytics techniques and document data workflows and pipelines.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to advance the national food safety monitoring programme.
• Communicate findings to diverse audiences via reports, presentations, and publications.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners on projects related to food safety.
