Job summary

• Experience in co-teaching, parallel planning and inclusive programming.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement tiered programming for students with additional educational needs.
• Collect and analyse cognitive, academic, emotional and behavioural assessment data for prevention and intervention recommendations.
• Support early intervention, targeted and intensive services.
• Develop individual education plans to support personalised pathways.
• Differentiate instruction and co-teach to promote inclusive programming.
• Coordinate transitions and services across year groups and schools as needed.
