Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is looking for an experienced professional to lead the design and standardization of SCADA and IBMS software platforms. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in SCADA, IBMS, or Industrial Automation Systems and a degree in a relevant engineering field.

This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a basic salary between $7000 and $8500, plus variable bonuses and allowances. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm.

• Working hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm (Mon – Fri)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design and standardization of enterprise SCADA and IBMS software platforms.

• Develop engineering standards, best practices and software deployment guidelines to improve system consistency and reliability.

• Define server sizing, virtual machine architecture, memory allocation and storage requirements based on project scale and operational needs.

• Design standardized SCADA graphics, HMI templates, navigation structures, alarm philosophies and user access frameworks.

• Establish engineering procedures for SCADA development, software configuration, system integration and commissioning.

• Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance to engineering teams to ensure compliance with engineering standards and best practices.

• Troubleshoot complex SCADA software, database, communication and integration issues across multiple projects.

• Support project teams during design, testing, commissioning and post-handover activities.

• Develop technical documentation, engineering standards, QA/QC checklists and troubleshooting guides.

• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to develop innovative automation solutions and technical proposals.

• Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system performance, scalability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in SCADA, IBMS, BMS or Industrial Automation Systems.

• Strong experience in SCADA software architecture, system integration, configuration and troubleshooting.
