Job summary

NCS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager/Director with deep SAP S/4HANA program leadership to drive end-to-end delivery across implementation and maintenance projects.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure governance, quality, and successful hypercare-to-operations transitions in complex environments. You will guide change management, training, and ensure alignment of business requirements with SAP technical teams across MM, FICO, SD, PP

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of overall IT experience.
• 8 years managing SAP projects.
• Led at least two full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Experience SAP AMS / support operations in an S/4HANA environment.
• Solid knowledge of SAP modules (FICO, MM, PM, SD, PP, etc.).
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and project management frameworks.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing large, diverse teams including vendors and internal staff.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects from initiation to stabilization.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Oversee maintenance and enhancement workstreams for ongoing S/4HANA operations.
• Ensure governance, quality standards, and audit/compliance requirements.
• Serve as main point of contact for business and IT leadership, and external partners.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and status reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including vendors and consultants.
• Drive change management and training for deployments.
• Support smooth transition from project to operations (hypercare to steady state).
