Job summary

RF360 Singapore Pte., Ltd. seeks a global SAP CO Consultant to lead end-to-end solution design for the S/4HANA transformation, ensuring seamless integration across O2C, SCM, and data analytics workstreams.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders across Finance, IT, and Shared Services to translate complex SAP CO concepts into aligned business solutions. Minimum qualifications include 3+ years IT experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years without a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Execution: Orchestrate end‑to‑end SAP CO solution design to meet global finance requirements, aligning upstream and downstream IT workstreams to ensure holistic aligned solution.
• Analytical Expertise: Apply deep analytical skills to evaluate complex business requirements, modelling gaps and data into sound architecture E2E solutions across a multi‑workstream and multi‑region transformation programme.
• Clear communication: Translate complex SAP CO technical concepts into business‑friendly language, ensuring stakeholders share a clear and common understanding.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Partner with Finance, Accounting Shared Service, Supply chain functions, manufacturing, and IT teams across Europe, India, APAC to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions and business processes.
• Coaching & Development: Actively pursue personal growth by seeking feedback and embracing learning opportunities, while providing leadership and coaching to team members on complex SAP/Non‑SAP topics. Align team technical and professional development with broader organizational goals to build sustainable internal capability.
