Job summary

Nicoll Curtin is partnering with a leading statutory organisation in Singapore to appoint an Enterprise Applications & Salesforce Program Lead. You will own the Salesforce platform end-to-end, shaping architecture and delivery across CRM modules.

You'll lead a CRM & Applications team, drive vendor management, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Salesforce administration, architecture & programme leadership.
• Hands-on experience across Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud & Lightning.
• Strong background in integrations, APIs (REST/SOAP), and data architecture.
• Experience delivering in agile and waterfall environments; PMP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Salesforce programme across Sales, Service & Marketing Cloud.
• Design scalable architecture, integrations, and data models.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions alongside senior stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a CRM & Applications team, managing vendors and partners.
