Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/marketing or related field.

• 5+ years in Sales Support, Commercial Analysis, Market Research, or similar roles considered for Analyst/Senior Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Sellsupport and tech: conduct sales performance and market data analysis to support strategy.
• Provide advanced operational support for sales planning, forecast modeling, pricing tools, and CRM/ERP data quality.
• Lead monthly regional commercial reporting and dashboards for accuracy and consistency.

Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a commercially savvy analyst to grow in a dynamic, international environment within a market-leading multinational chemical company.

Reporting directly to the Business Team Director in Singapore, the Senior Sales Support Analyst will play a strategic role in enabling data-driven commercial decisions, optimizing business processes, and driving cross- market alignment. The incumbent will leverage strong analytical and communication skills to support sales operations across the region, develop impactful insights, and contribute to business planning and reporting excellence.

Job Scope

• Sales & Market Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis on sales performance, market trends, pricing, and competitive intelligence to generate actionable insights that support business strategy.
• Commercial Process Support: Provide advanced operational support for sales planning, forecast modeling, pricing tools, and CRM/ERP data quality management.
• Regional Reporting: Lead the preparation and review of monthly regional commercial reports and dashboards. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity of data across markets.
• Strategic Insights & Digitalization: Drive digitalization initiatives and reporting enhancements to improve commercial transparency, data accessibility, and decision-making efficiency.
• Presentation Development: Develop high-quality internal and customer-facing presentations for strategic reviews, business updates, and external engagements, ensuring message clarity and branding alignment.
• Project & Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with regional stakeholders across sales, marketing, and supply chain to align on business goals, project execution, and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/marketing or related field

Fresh graduates with strong analytical capabilities are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant internship experience or up to 5+ years of experience in Sales Support, Commercial Analysis, Market Research, or related functions will be considered for Analyst or Senior Analyst level depending on experience and qualifications.

• Strong command of Excel (pivot tables, charts, VBA), PowerPoint Thinkcell, Power BI, Tableau, SAC for analytics and reporting
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems such as SAP or Salesforce is an advantage
• Proven ability to convert complex data into meaningful business insights. Experience in the Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or B2B sectors will be advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across functions and cultures
• Independent, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and commercial awareness
• Able to work independently in a matrix organization and collaborate across countries and functions
