Job summary

WACKER CHEMICALS (SOUTH ASIA) PTE LIMITED is seeking a Senior Sales Support Analyst to enable data-driven commercial decisions across the region from Singapore. You will support sales operations, develop insights, and contribute to planning and reporting excellence.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and experience with CRM/ERP systems. You will report to the Business Team Director in Singapore in a dynamic, multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration/marketing or related field.
• Fresh graduates or up to 5+ years in Sales Support, Commercial Analysis or Market Research.
• Strong command of Excel (Pivot Tables, VBA), PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau and SAC.
• CRM/ERP experience with SAP or Salesforce is advantageous.
• Ability to turn complex data into actionable business insights.

Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a commercially savvy analyst to grow in a dynamic, international environment within a market-leading multinational chemical company. Reporting directly to the Business Team Director in Singapore, the Senior Sales Support Analyst will play a strategic role in enabling data-driven commercial decisions, optimizing business processes, and driving cross- market alignment under the Polymers Division. The incumbent will leverage strong analytical and communication skills to support sales operations across the region, develop impactful insights, and contribute to business planning and reporting excellence.

Job Scope

• Sales & Market Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis on sales performance, market trends, pricing, and competitive intelligence to generate actionable insights that support business strategy.
• Commercial Process Support: Provide advanced operational support for sales planning, forecast modeling, pricing tools, and CRM/ERP data quality management.
• Regional Reporting: Lead the preparation and review of monthly regional commercial reports and dashboards. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity of data across markets.
• Strategic Insights & Digitalization: Drive digitalization initiatives and reporting enhancements to improve commercial transparency, data accessibility, and decision-making efficiency.
• Presentation Development: Develop high-quality internal and customer-facing presentations for strategic reviews, business updates, and external engagements, ensuring message clarity and branding alignment.
• Project & Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with regional stakeholders across sales, marketing, and supply chain to align on business goals, project execution, and operational excellence.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration/marketing or related field
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical capabilities are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant internship experience or up to 5+ years of experience in Sales Support, Commercial Analysis, Market Research, or related functions will be considered for Analyst or Senior Analyst level depending on experience and qualifications.
• Strong command of Excel (pivot tables, charts, VBA), PowerPoint Thinkcell, Power BI, Tableau, SAC for analytics and reporting
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems such as SAP or Salesforce is an advantage
• Proven ability to convert complex data into meaningful business insights
• Experience in the Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or B2B sectors will be advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across functions and cultures.
• Independent, highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense independently in a matrix organization and collaborate across countries and functions
