This is an exciting opportunity for a senior salesperson to join a growing cross-regional APAC team specializing in leading and structuring sales of data solutions across the financial sector and other industries. You will be responsible for targeting a wide range of personas who require data, analytics, and infrastructure for their operations.As a "hunter" in pre-sales and pursuit activities, you will work alongside Account Managers focusing on all sales (new, cross-sells, up-sells) for Data & Feeds Solutions in the given territory, serving both existing and new customers. This role is exclusively about gross sales, with potential territory expansion based on performance, and involves regular travel around the region. You will receive extensive training and support, working closely with account managers, solution consultants, and customer success managers to drive revenue growth proactively.Your responsibilities will include covering the India banking market for data & feeds solutions, creatively structuring, hunting, and closing deals, developing the sales strategy within the assigned territory/account base, building long-term relationships with professionals across various targeted industries, and delivering customer demonstrations on data science-related product offerings.To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of financial markets and their market data requirements, along with passion and proven selling skills. Strong presentation skills, experience in driving sales strategies, and a minimum of 5 years of industry, sales, or market experience are required.
